Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing this website and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as detailed below. Terms and Conditions may alter if necessary and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

We have used every effort to ensure that information on our website is accurate. No warranty is however given as to the accuracy of information provided.

Ordering is easy
Making a purchase is easy and secure. Just browse our products and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart/basket. When you have finished your selection, click ‘view Basket’ and follow the on screen instructions to complete the purchase.

Security & using your credit card
We want our customers to feel completely confident when buying from us over the Internet. Before we ask for any payment information you will be redirected to a secure server, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This prevents anyone else from reading the details of your credit card or any other personal information. This can be verified by checking that an icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of the browser’s window when entering payment information.

Conditions of sale
No contract will exist between you and Yourhealthright.com until Yourhealthright.com accepts your order by email confirming that your order has been received.
Acceptance of order: We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place based on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), we will email you to advise you of the change. You will then need to resubmit your order.

Payment
All payments must be made in £UK Sterling only. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, JCB, and Switch.

Prices
All HealthRight products are supplied VAT free. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery & Charges
We make every effort to despatch within 48 working hours of order placement. Unless we state otherwise, i.e. the product is out of stock, we ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance. However, we endeavour to deliver your order within ten working days. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and the products will be stored.

Please note that we can only deliver to the address as given on the credit card.

Postage and Packing charges for orders that do not include PROfEMINA are £2.50
If your order includes PROfEMINA, Postage and Packing charges are £3.50
Please note that if you order PROfEMINA it will be sent on its own from the USA. All other parcels will be dispatched from our Jersey, Channel Islands, warehouse. Your order may be dispatched in separate parcels, to guard against loss or damage.

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day no quibble returns policy. If for any reason a HealthRight product doesn't agree with you, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund (excluding any cost of postage & packaging).

We will process your return as soon as is reasonably practical after we receive it, and in most cases you should receive your refund within 7 working days.
Please include your name, address and order/invoice number with any items you send back to us to enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently.

Taxes and custom duties
Normally duty and VAT are not charged for small value packages entering the U. K. However occasionally some parcels will be charged duty.
For the current time, we will endeavour to cover your expenses in cases where duty is charged, but we emphasize this is on a goodwill, not on an obligation basis. If you are charged duty then please collect the package, pay any fees due and then e-mail, fax or post your receipt to us and we will reimburse you.

Privacy Policy
At yourhealthright.com, we promise to only ever use your information in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998, and in a legal and lawful way.
We will keep your details on file, both in a hard format and on a secure web server, for up to 18 months after you place your order with us.
Unless you have consented we will not sell or forward any of your information onto any other company or third party unless we are directed to do so by a legal authority.
You may ask us to remove, or update your information from our records by emailing remove@yourhealthright.com at any time. There is no fee for this service, and we aim to honour your request within 7 working days.

Cookies
Cookies are small amounts of information that can be stored onto and retrieved from your computer upon request from a web page. We may employ this technique for the purposes of tracking site visitors page visits, traffic patterns etc. This is so we can monitor our site performance, and improve our service to our site visitors.

Please note that we cannot retrieve any personally identifiable information from your cookies.
